Brenda Burgess is an artist, sculptor and schools workshop leader. After graduation Brenda Burgess took up the post of Artist and Sculptor in Residence at the Museum of Kent Life. This, along with her work with organizations such as Kent County Council and Maidstone Borough Council has enabled Brenda to bring her enthusiasm for her subject to students young and old by the provision of quality, interactive ,fun art and sculpture workshops. For the past five years Brenda has travelled Kent on behalf of Kent County Council providing National Curriculum relevant workshops for schools. From spring 2007 Brenda is pleased to be working in conjunction with Leeds Castle, Kent providing visiting groups entertaining, highly educational workshops. She combines this with her own art commission work, specialising in both oil paintings and portrait sculptures. Her exhibitions
